Dear Nephew,
I recieved you kind letter of the 17 of April & was glad to here from you all. I have know news to write more than we have had one pretty hard march to Sandy Cross & back to this place. We under marching orders now. We are to be ready at minnets warning to march. I do not nowe what will become of the sick men that cannot march if they are confine to their bed.
