allegations
that
SCEF
has
ties
to
communism
and
about
a
program
of the
Student
Non-Violent
Coordinating
Committee
(SNCC)
funded
by
SCEF
. The

on the
desired
qualifications
for
applicants

typed
list
of the
Board
of
Directors
and
Advisory
Committees
for
