Biography
Mr. O. H. Barnett was born in Leake County, Mississippi, on January 26, 1902. Mr. Barnett graduated from Mississippi College and attended the University of Mississippi Law School. Mr. Barnett passed the state bar examination in 1929 and began a private practice in Carthage, Mississippi. In 1958 he was elected Circuit Court Judge and served on the bench until 1975. Mr. Barnett married the former Callie Joiner and had one daughter.
